We’re at 5675 Power Inn Road, Suite D, Sacramento — near Tahoe Park and UC Davis Medical Center. There’s free parking and we’re easily accessible from Rosemont and surrounding neighborhoods.
Our group fitness classes are coach-led and capped at 12 people, so you always get individual attention. Classes are low-impact but high-intensity, and include strength, conditioning, and Hyrox-style training.

The Psyko Games is our annual in-house fitness competition. It’s a fun, functional test of strength and endurance — open to members and guests, and built to safely challenge you.
Yes. All members receive personalized macro plans, recipe access, and habit-based coaching with a certified nutritionist — because real results happen in and out of the gym.
It’s a free weekly meetup for members who want to run, hike, or just move outdoors with a supportive crew. We meet on Sundays at rotating parks around Sacramento.
